Ingredients: boneless chicken thighs, soy sauce, grated ginger and garlic,

Japanese sweet sake (you can use the mix of dry wine+honey), salt, pepper, egg, and

vegetable oil for frying

Direction: cut boneless chicken thighs into pieces (bite size),

marinate the pieces with soy sauce mixture and leave 20-30 mins

mixed marinated chicken pieces with beaten egg and coat well.

How to:

Marinate chicken wings with salt, pepper, and lemon juice

Coat marinated wings with flour

Fry coated wings twice

Put lemon zest, olive oil, and lemon pepper seasoning into a bowl

Toss fried wings into the bowl

Enjoy your meal with beer!
